What do we expect?

As an Account Manager you know that customer success and building long term relationships is everything. You are an achiever with a personal passion for changing healthcare and directly impact the lives of many in Europe. You’ll work directly with the Global Sales Team, already with a presence in Portugal, Spain and Italy.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and develop the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards of Tonic.
  • Take ownership of your assigned Book of Business, by assuring our customers reach a place of successful and measurable outcomes, retention and growth. Set clear expectations on the project roadmap and provide regular feedback.
  • Identify and solve customer problems efficiently by proactively addressing potential issues and collaborating with customers and internal teams to find suitable solutions.
  • Build strong relationships through effective and concise communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Develop cross-functional knowledge (Marketing, Content, Data and Product and Tech teams), share information and resources, and be willing to drive initiatives that can positively impact many customers.
  • Renewals & Expansion – forecast upcoming renewals and project expansion opportunities and align with Account Executives the action plan.
  • Understand our data, competitive landscape, and customer insights to develop compelling materials that clearly articulate Tonic App’s story and value proposition

Who are you?

You have:

  • A medical, pharmaceutical sciences, or related life sciences degree
  • +2 years of experience and account management skills
  • Previous experience in enterprise client account and project management environment
  • Demonstrable experience of successful management of existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g.: Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with clients and partners
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
  • Passion for technology and its deployment in healthcare
  • Native level proficiency in spanish (mandatory) and good working proficiency level in English
